The current version does not collect personal data. Hanzi Daily does not require an account, does not use advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics, and does not track users across apps or websites.
Local Learning Data
Learning progress, streaks, profile preferences, quiz answers, and learned characters are stored locally on the user's device. This information is not sent to a server in the current version.
Speech
Pronunciation playback uses the device or browser speech synthesis capability. Hanzi Daily does not record the user's voice.
